amazing location extra pillows perfect air conditioning

the location was amazing. i could walk to st mark's square in just a few minutes. my room included extra pillows, which i always appreciate (made my sleep very comfortable!). the air conditioning worked perfectly too.

fantastic location and great value!

I loved how close the hotel was to everything! restaurants, shops, and st marco square were just a short walk away. the air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver. plus, i really appreciated the calm atmosphere at night. It made for restful sleep.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim. It could have been brighter.

the location was AMAZING!!! st marco square was just a 5-minute walk away. multiple bars, restaurants, and shops were located downstairs, i really had a fantastic time with my family and everything so close.

a venetian dream

direct arrival train station access narrow stairs acceptable beds

the location shined. Water taxi arrival and train station access were really direct. There was NO elevator, only narrow stairs, so pack light. The room was fine. I found the beds not supremely comfortable but acceptable.

during my stay, I felt the shower was ONLY hot for about two minutes, then the water turned cold. I reported this problem, but staff did not resolve it .

the hotel stood only several steps distant from the famous Piazza San Marco. i noticed many charming cafes and shops nearby. the water bus stop was very convenient.

excellent stay near san marco!

central location thorough instructions

i appreciated the proximity to the main attractions, including san marco square. breakfast had a good selection of cornetto and good coffee. the receptionist provided me with thorough instructions on reaching the hotel.

the narrow stairs posed a bit of a challenge, especially with luggage, as no elevator is available.

Absolutely Superb Location!

i was so excited about the location! water taxis from both the airport and train station were available! i also loved the traditional decor. it. my room was super clean and the bathroom was super clean too!

I must say, the stairs were narrow. There was no elevator.
